Freshman/Junior Varsity/Varsity Volleyball vs Valparaiso Fr: LC 0 Valpo 2 JV: LC 2 Valpo 0 V: LC 3 Valpo 0 The Lake Central Indians opened the DAC season with a 3-0 (25-11, 25-12, and 25-17) sweep at Valparaiso. The Indians hitters were unstoppable against the Viking blockers. The JV won in 2 sets (2-1) while the freshman lost 0-2. The Tribe was led by: Kailey Skurka's 11 kills Lexi Iwema's 7 kills, 2 aces, and 15 digs Alina Williams' 7 kills and 2 blocks Izzy Steliga and Lilly Barth combined for 32 assists Brooklyn Barth added 15 digs The Indians have their DAC home opener against Chesterton on Thursday.
