Lake Central High School

The Indiana High School Tennis Coaches Association released the post season awards for the seven districts. Lake Central Coach Ralph Holden was deservingly named the District 1 Coach of the Year. Coach Holden led Lake Central to a perfect 7-0 Duneland Athletic Conference record and the conference championship. Coach Holden is also the current boys' coach. He is amassed nearly 400 wins between both programs and eclipsed 125 for the girls' team this season. Coach Holden previously won this award in the 2002 season.
