Lake Central led by 6 in the final minute of play before the host Hammond Central Wolves tied the game with around 8 seconds to play. With the score knotted at 53, Zach Greene went the length of the floor and evaded the entire Hammond team to find a wide open Noah Enyeart under the basket. Enyeart banked it home at the buzzer and LC earned a 55-53 victory to move to 7-12 overall. Enyeart led LC with 21 points and Greene added 15. The Junior Varsity team started the night off with a 53-41 victory, moving their record to 12-5 on the season. Leading the way for the Tribe was Junior David Aguilera with 11 points. Both the JV and V teams will host Crown Point on Friday, 2/21. The Lake Central Indians AAU Club players and coaches will be recognized at halftime.
