The winter season is quickly approaching, and it’s time to complete your FinalForms registration for athletics. Please take a moment to review the following important reminders: 👉 All student-athletes must be registered through FinalForms at https://laingsburg-mi.finalforms.com/. 👉 Both students and parents are required to electronically sign all athletic forms in FinalForms. 👉 A completed MHSAA physical form is required and must be scanned and uploaded as one complete PDF (front and back together). 👉 The official MHSAA physical form can be downloaded and printed at laingsburgathletics.com under “Other Information.” 👉 Please note: We often receive incomplete physicals, which must be denied. Refer to the photos included for guidance on filling out the form correctly. 👉 All forms must be submitted in full before the first day of practice or tryouts.
