Boys Golf Tops Andrean And Sets New School Record

The boys golf team set a new school scoring record for low 9 holes shooting 156 defeating Andrean at Sandy Pines continuing their undefeated season with a record of 12-0. Austin Van Loon led the charge shooting a personal record with a scorching round of 1 under par 35 which included birdies on holes 4 and 7. Luke Zander followed that up with an impressive round of his own carding birdies on holes 1 and 4 on his way to a 38. Drew Jonkman was not far behind with a solid round of 39. Owen Lubotina birdied hole 1 on his way to shooting a 44 and Brayden Hanewich rounded out scoring with a 47. The JV squad was also in action picking up another win with a team score of 188 continuing their undefeated season as well. Jackson Hooler led the way with a solid round of 43. Carson Armstrong and Isaac Deardorff followed that up with rounds of 48. Reese Glaser and Jaidyn Anderson rounded out scoring shooting 49 each.
