KV Finishes 6th And 9th At Rensselaer Invite

The Kougars took two teams to the Rensselaer invitational this year finishing in sixth place and ninth place out of 18 teams. The first squad was led by Austin Van Loon firing a 79 which was good enough for fifth place overall for the 99 players competing. Luke Zander was not far behind carding an 81 and Drew Jonkman followed that up with an 84. Owen Lubotina and Carson Armstrong rounded out the scoring with 95 and 96 respectively to finish with a team total of 339. The second squad was led by Brayden Hanewich firing an 87 backed up with Jaidyn Anderson's 88. Jackson Hooker and Reese Glaser were close behind carding 90 and 91 respectively. Isaac Deardorff rounded out scoring with a 96 to give the team a total of 356. Cole Armstrong was also competing as an individual at the invite carding a solid round of 93.
