Last night the Lady Braves traveled to Greenwood where they took down the Woodmen with a score of 49-28. This was a great improvement for the Lady Braves as when they played the Lady Woodmen a few weeks ago they won by 9 points and this improvement started on the defensive end. The Braves were led by Gracie Werden in scoring with 17 points. She also pulled down 9 boards and chipped in 5 steals. Madi Bracken pulled out an impressive double double with 10 points and 11 boards. She also added 5 steals and 4 assists. Other Highlights: - Lilly Foster: 10 points, 3 rebounds, 2 steals - Reese Tunell: 8 points, 2 rebounds, 2 steals - Marisa Ankney: 4 points, 7 rebounds - Rylee Harper: 3 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 assist - Maya Shepard: 6 rebounds, 3 assists, 3 steals The JV Lady Braves close out the 2023 stretch at Sullivan this Friday at 6pm.
