Girls Golf Recap 9/8- Coach Sam Moore I want to thank, again, our parents for their continued support of the golf program! We could not do it without you! Yesterday our team was on the road to Yorktown. The Girls played The Elks Country Club. The course was a challenge for not just our team, but also our opponents. This was one of the most challenging courses that I have seen our golfers play. There was water on most holes and elevated greens to deal with. A deserved Shout out goes to Carleigh Minder for our low round of 42, not far behind with a pair of 43's were Amelia and Violet Kendrick. Unfortunately our efforts weren't enough to secure victory last night; the final score was FCV 174 to Yorktown 154. Our team is growing and improving. I am excited for our upcoming matches. Thursday we will host Beech Grove at Morningstar GC with the match set to start at 5:00
