🐾 WILDCATS ATHLETICS — WHAT A WEEK! 💚❤️ What a week! A huge thank you to our families, coaches, and support systems for your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we navigated a very hot week. Your support allowed us to keep athletics going while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our student-athletes. 🏐 7th Grade Volleyball The 7th grade volleyball team had a great week, defeating Center Grove Central in three very competitive sets and Fishers Junior High in two sets. Great job, Wildcats! 👏🐾 🏐 8th Grade Volleyball The 8th grade team continues to play hard and compete! They came up just short this week with two tough 2–1 losses. Keep fighting, Wildcats! 🏆 MARION COUNTY TOURNAMENT Next week kicks off the Marion County Tournament, and we are hopeful our Wildcats will bounce back, compete with confidence, and make a deep run toward a Marion County Championship! Best of luck to all of our players and coaches as tournament play begins. We are proud of you and excited to see what you accomplish! LET’S GO, WILDCATS! 🐾💚❤️ Congratulations to our August Athletes of the Month! Boys Soccer- Charles Oldham, Girls Soccer- Adelaide Johnson, Boys Cross Country-Sebastian Kendall, Girls Cross Country Alyssa Shelton 📚 ACADEMIC ELIGIBILITY REMINDER Midterms are approaching, and grade checks will determine athletic eligibility. Should an athlete have 2 failing grades, they will be deemed ineligible for competition. Please take this week to: • Be on time for class • Stay focused and engaged • Check your grades • Complete and turn in missing work • Ask for help when needed • Make academics a priority Our student-athletes are students first, and success in the classroom is just as important as success in competition. 🐾 BE A WILDCAT LEADER — ON AND OFF THE FIELD With athletic success comes responsibility. Our athletes are leaders in the Fall Creek Valley community, and the way you behave in the classroom, hallways, locker rooms, on the bus, and at athletic events matters. Represent yourself, your teammates, your coaches, your family, and Fall Creek Valley in a positive way.
