Highland High School

Highland’s boys varsity wrestlers put together a strong showing at the Lake County Invite, finishing 5th out of 20 teams. Leading the way was Simon Martinez, who captured the championship at 138 lbs. Landen Garrison followed with a runner-up finish at 150 lbs, while Josue Ahmad earned a 3rd-place finish at 126 lbs. Additional top 8 placewinners for Highland included Gavin Wilson, Aden Nelson, and Benjamin Flick and Tyler Bishop.
