On Saturday our HS & MS cross country teams were at the Sturgis Kiwanis Invitational, the longest running meet in the state. It was a cool crisp morning and all out runners ran really well. Our MS girls crushed it that morning with Jeena Thwaites (14:11 PR) earning a medal in 18th place and personal records from Chloe Karakula (15:20 PR), Morgan Cole (16:08 PR) and Hollyn Karakula (16:10 PR). The MS girls team finished 9th out of 13 teams. A special shout out to Daniel Thwaites (14:40 PR) for running extremely well and earning another personal record. Our last home meet of the season is Tuesday (10/20) so come cheer on your Eagles!! To God be the glory!! GO EAGLES!!!
