Hanover-Horton Athletics

Both our jv and varsity girls volleyball teams participated in the Spring Arbor University Cougar Invite this past weekend. The jv team made it through pool play as the #1 seed, and lived up to the high billing as they made it to the championship game where they avenged an early season loss by defeating Lumen Christi in three games! This was a well deserved championship for the girls! The varsity team also made it through pool play as the #1 seed, and also made it to the championship game where they were defeated by a very strong Western squad. We had two Comets represented on the All Tournament Team: Quinn Knoblauch and Brynn deGlee. Brynn also recorded her 1,000th kill in what has been an outstanding career thus far!
