Varsity Boys Cross Country Starts Off the Season with a BANG

The Hanover-Horton boys cross-country team won their first invitational of the year at Meckley's Flavor Fruit Farm on Thursday, August 27, with a low score of 31 points. They defeated teams from Parma Western (39), Gibraltar Carlson (73), Quincy (119), Onsted (138), Homer (166) and Jackson Preparatory (191). Top finishers for the HH Comets include Cooper Flick (1st, with a time of 15:53) Chad Tyson (3rd) Wyatt Hassenzahl (9th) Anderson Cook (10th) Tyler Harris (11th) Carson Beach (16th Everett Marshall (18th) and newcomer Levi Bradley also earned a medal at 21st place. -Coach Bulgrien
