Middle school football begins on Monday, August 17. If you are planning on participating in middle school football, you MUST have a current/valid MHSAA physical form on file with the school. You can either submit your MHSAA physical form electronically through Eventlink, or manually hand your paper to your coach BEFORE you begin day 1 of practice. Attached are the remaining sports physical dates from Henry Ford Health, as well as directions on how to register your student-athlete through Eventlink. We hope to see you all on August 17!
