In order to play middle school or high school sports for Hanover-Horton Schools, you MUST have a valid, complete, and updated MHSAA Physical Form on file with the Athletic Office. Please see the attached schedule from Henry Ford Health for dates and times for those of you needing to schedule a physical if you're unable to get scheduled with your regular care physician. In order to be current and valid, the physical form must be completed (both sides) and dated on or after April 15, 2026. Any physical forms from last school year dated before April 15, 2026 will NOT be valid. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the school office.
