HC Beats Hobart 5-2 Junior Varsity vs Hobart High School (5 - 2) Win After a tough day on the mound for the Wildcats on Monday, the boys bounced back on Tuesday. Gage Creasbaum pitched 3 innings giving up just 1 hit and 1 unearned run. Rex Roux finished the game for the Wildcats. He threw 4 innings giving up just 2 hits and 1 unearned run. Roux struck out 5 hitters. Both pitchers combined for just 1 walk on the evening. The offense was led by Lukas Valiska. Valiska went 3-3 with a BB, 2 runs scored, and an rbi. Valiska had 2 stolen bases in the game. Gage Creasbaum and James Tarzon each had their first multi-hit games of the season. The boys are back in action on Satruday at Chesterton for a doubleheader. First game starts at 10 am.
