Hanover Central High School

Brad Rhode was selected as the IBCA Player of the Week for the week of Jan 13-18. Players of the week are chosen by the IHSAA District. Rhode tallied a pair of double-doubles in keying the Hanover Central boys to two victories. He scored 16 points with 13 rebounds and three assists as the Wildcats topped Hammond Noll 70-57. The 6-6 forward followed with 30 points, 16 rebounds and two assists in a 64-44 triumph over Hobart as Hanover Central improved to 6-5. In the two games, the Polk State College (Fla.) baseball commit converted 16-of-26 field goals and 14-of-18 free throws.
