Varsity vs Hobart High School Win 5-0 The Wildcats traveled to Hobart last night and won 5-0. The Wildcats have won 4 straight matches. At 1 singles, Mitch Remaly won 6-2 , 6-1. At 2 singles, Ben Hall won 6-2 ,7-6. At 3 singles, Jacob Drewno won 6-1, 6-0. At 1 doubles, Henry Stessl and Patrick won 6-0 , 7-6. At 2 doubles, Jack Ball and Ari Bairaktaris won 6-2, 6-4 . At JV 1 singles, Caiden Shofroth won 8-2 . At 2 singles Mason Burdan won 3 matches on the day. He won his first match 8-1 . His second match 6-0 , and his third match 6-0. At 3 singles, Ben Straley battled from down 1-7 to make it 4-7, he ended up losing the match but fought very hard. Straley and Shofroth then played a doubles match together defeating the Hobart JV doubles team 6-2 . The Wildcats are back in action tomorrow at the Crown Point Invitational and look to stay on fire.
