The middle school cross-country teams hosted two very good Lowell teams on Wednesday. The girls fell to the Red Devils by a convincing score of 45-18. Kimmy Fruth led the way in 3rd place, while Kennedy Turner and Avery Blocker finished 9th and 10th. Emma Camarillo ran a season-best time, and Mia Alexander ran a personal best time. In the boys race, Lowell had the first nine finishers. Joseph Lashway was the first HC finisher, followed closely by Anthony Miller, placing 10th and 11th, respectively. Gabe Perez ran a personal best time, while Derek Orsini ran a season best time. Both teams will travel to highland on Saturday for the Highland Invitational.
