Several members of the Greensburg Salem girls lacrosse team were recognized for their outstanding performances this season by earning WPIAL AA Section 1 All-Section honors. Leading the way for the Golden Lions was Aalina Helman, who earned First Team All-Section recognition after an impressive season on the field. Helman’s leadership, consistency, and impact throughout the year made her one of the top players in the section. Greensburg Salem also had two players named to the Second Team All-Section squad. Eden Wilson and Cora Lehman were both honored for their strong play and contributions during the season. Wilson and Lehman played key roles for the Golden Lions and helped the team remain competitive throughout section play. In addition, Maddie Hull and Alicia Willett received Honorable Mention recognition for their efforts this season. Both players demonstrated dedication and determination while contributing valuable minutes and performances for Greensburg Salem. The All-Section honors recognize the top players throughout WPIAL AA Section 1 and are voted on by section coaches based on performance, sportsmanship, and overall contribution to their teams. The recognition highlights the continued growth of the Greensburg Salem girls lacrosse program and the hard work put in by the student-athletes throughout the season.
