Congratulations to Grand Ledge senior Jade Queen! Jade has committed to play Division I collegiate softball at Central Michigan University. "Jade possesses a strong understanding of the game and exemplifies leadership both on and off the field," said Grand Ledge head coach Allison MIller. "She is an excellent teammate, highly coachable, and has been a valued member of the Varsity Program since her freshman year. " In 2023, she was named All-Academic and All-Conference Honorable Mention. In 2024, Jade was named All-Academic, All-Conference, All-District, All-Region, and All-State Honorable Mention. In 2025, Jade was named All-Academic, All-Conference, All-District, All-Region, and All-State. Jade ended the 2025 season with a .452 batting average, .757 slugging percentage, 32 RBIs, 2 HRs, 7 stolen bases, .950 fielding percentage with 37 putouts. Jade will do great things on and off the field at Central Michigan University!
