Junior Varsity vs John Glenn High School (30 - 6) Win It was tough for the offense to get anything on the ground against a physical John Glenn team Thursday night. Coach Kowalski opened up the playbook through the air and let Joey Caudy's arm handle the offense the rest of the night. Joey threw 23 times completing 15 of them for 337 yards and 3 touchdowns. The three touchdowns were caught by Wyatt Brewer (71 yards) Jaxon Horner (17 yards) Gavin Crelly (35 yards). The offensive line gave Joey plenty of time to find an open receivers. Horner was Caudy's favorite receiver. Jaxon finsished the game with 9 receptions for 182 yards and one score. Wyatt Brewer had 4 catches for 104 yards and a score. The defense was once again on top of their game. John Glenn averaged 180 yards a game on the ground and Freeland held them to negative one for the whole game. Leading the way was Vaughn Pohl. Vaughn had 6 tackles and 4 sacks. Wyatt Brewer had 5 tackles. Ethan Chesney had a huge interception in the 3rd quarter. Freeland Junior Varsity is now 4-0 on the season.
