Spark Academy Registration All Sports require a multitude of athletic movements. All Athletes can move better with hard work! What is it?- Spark Academy will work to improve speed, power, and agility through a change of direction, plyometric, and functional movement drills. Who is welcome?- Open to any and all athletes entering 4th-8th grade! When is it?- Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7:00 PM What are the dates? -January 9, 11, 18, 23, 25, 30 February 1, 6, 8, 13, 15, 22, 27, March 1, 6, 8, 13, 15 How Much Does It Cost? $5.00 per session cash What do I need to bring?
