Girls XC Win First Regional In School History

The Lady Flashes XC Squad were dominant Saturday in winning the Shelbyville Regional. This is the first title at this level in school history. Savana Miller led the way with a 7th place finish, with freshman Natalie Vandesteene close behind in 10th. Dakota Miller dipped under 19:00 once again to finish 17th and Camryn Simons ran her best race of the season so far to finish 21st in a new PR. Freshman Makenna Bowling was the first #5 runner to cross the line and round out the scoring finishing 30 seconds ahead of the next closest #5 runner. The Lady Flashes compete this Saturday at the Lavern Gibson Championship Course in Terre Haute at NOON.
