The volleyball team took down Fountain Central Monday night. The JV won 2-1 with its best offensive match of the season. Bella Vega had a personal best of 10 kills while Hadley Shaffer had 8 kills. Izzy Edgar had 5 kills and 10 digs, and Charlie Minor had 4 kills. Sadie Sheets had 14 digs, Morgan Berry had 9 digs, and Maddi Shoemaker had 7 digs. Jaylyn Stewart had a personal best of 24 assists. Maylie Perez added 2 kills. In the varsity sweep, Jalen Smith had 24 assists, Lily Rockhold had 12 kills, and Caroline Queen had 18 digs. Chloe Moudy had 4 kills and 2 blocks, and Karmen Vega had 3 aces. The team has a HUGE week hosting Tipton on Tuesday evening, traveling to Clinton Prairie on Thursday, and hosting North Putnam on Saturday for our senior day match.
