The JV and varsity volleyball teams defeated Rossville to open their regular season. For the JV, Jaylyn Stewart led the team with 21 assists. Noemi Sandoval had 15 digs and 3 aces. Hadley Shaffer had 5 kills and 3 aces, and Charlie Minor had 4 kills and a solo block. Rayann Perkins had 6 kills, Juliana Machora added 5 kills, and Jessica Uitts had 2 kills. Ella Campbell served well and had 3 digs. In varsity action, the team went back and forth with a strong Rossville squad. They fell in game one 21-25. Games two and three were nail biters with an FHS win 26-24 followed by a RV win, 26-24. Game four was all Frankfort, though, as they won 25-26. In game four, Emely Gil Guijosa came in and picked up 6 digs. Game five was a close one with our Hot Dogs coming out on top 15-12. Lily Rockhold had 22 kills, 15 digs, and 4 aces. Brenly Brown had 15 digs and 10 kills. Chloe Moudy had 7 kills and an ace. Grace Myers had 37 assists and 6 digs. Caroline Queen had 12 digs and 2 aces.
