Girls get the win scoring 62, Harrison 45, Central 42. 100 and 100 hurdles definitely benefited from a nice tailwind, but still great performances from Keyona and Alyssa. Penny did a great job fighting to the end of her 100h race. Brinkley got quite an education in her 300h debut, but picked up a 3rd in the process...nice job! Solid 5:31 solo from Cordelia and a nice debut by Cali to easily take the 800 were also highlights. We set out to win all 3 relays, and the girls did just that. Relays matter and we always want to represent as a team. Well done to all our relay girls! Field girls did a nice job as well, as both Central and Harrison have solid throwers and jumpers. Alexis picked up a nice 2nd place finish in the discus, as Lindsey followed with a runner up in the shot. Enjoyed watching you guys get into the spirit of things in the throws. Ashleigh hit 4-8 in the HJ in her debut...who knew she could high jump?
