Ranger Golfers finished a disappointing 2nd to the Jasper Wildcats on Thursday at Sultans Run in Sectional. The Rangers came in full of confidence, but some slow starts proved too much to overcome. In the end it was the Wildcats edging the Rangers by 8 shots. The Rangers were led by 4 juniors. Xander Fleig paced the Rangers with a 78 to finish 3rd in the 70 player field. Collin Lorey followed with a 79 to finish T-4. Maddox Geyer would card a86, Ben Rasche a 93 and Senior, Ben Ebert a 94. The Rangers will now focus on Regionals to be held on Thursday, June 12th.
