Tonight the Rangers hit the road for their third and final match of the week. Today they traveled to South Spencer to play the Rebels and were happy to walk away with a 3-2 win. On the singles side, all 3 girls - Addison, Sydney, and Jenna - were able to secure wins to set Varsity up for a team win. Both sets of doubles faced the same challenge of third sets and weren’t able to pull off the win. All of the girls played hard and it was a good win! Varsity 1 Singles: Addison Schneider won in 2 sets against Khloee Taylor 6-1, 6-3 2 Singles: Sydney Berger won in 2 sets against Kendall Lloyd 6-4, 6-4 3 Singles: Jenna Matthews won in 2 sets against Dani Jarboe 7-5, 6-1 1 Varsity: Bree Morrison and Anna Jahn lost in 3 sets against Kylea Donoho and Brooklyn Ling 6-2, 1-6, 2-6 2 Varsity: Abba Collignon and Kenley Schipp lost in 3 sets against Natalie Wagner and Macy Southwood 6-3, 6-7 (tie break 3-7), 0-6 At JV all girls came out with a win and played hard! 1 Singles: Hallie Boehm won in 1 set against Mady Harpenau 6-4 1 Doubles: Avari Boeglin and Brynn Vaught won in 1 set against Chelsi Kamuf and Corelei Gordon 6-1 2 Doubles: Hallie Boehm and Savannah Scherzer won in 1 set against Isabella Hurm and Summer Carpenter The Rangers have had a packed 2 weeks with matches, next week it slows down to just Tecumseh on Tuesday for the week @ home.
