Rangers Boys Golf Battles the Elements to Set School Record, Finish 2nd at Country Oaks

Forest Park Ranger Golf battled through some of the toughest weather conditions imaginable at Country Oaks Golf Club and never backed down. Their mental toughness paid off in a big way. When the scores were finalized, the Rangers fired a school-record 324, earning a 2nd place finish in a competitive 20-team field. Their performance was strong enough to take down the 6th, 10th, and 14th ranked teams in Indiana, an impressive statement for the program. Only Barr-Reeve finished ahead, posting a 316. The Rangers were led by: Collin Lorey – 77 (T6/100) Xander Fleig – 79 (T9/100) Maddox Geyer – 81 Ben Rasche – 87 Miles Rae – 88 A record-setting day in tough conditions—this group continues to raise the bar.
