Fishers High School

Fishers defeated Carmel 60-36 Tuesday in a possible Sectional preview. The Lady Tigers led by only 3 at halftime but allowed only 11 points in the second half--and 2 in the fourth quarter--to earn the road victory. Fishers was led by Senior Allison Scheu (17 poins, 5 rebounds, 2 assists, 5/9 3FG) and Freshman Riley Schellhammer (21 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals). Fishers (12-7, 2-3 Hoosier Crossroads Conference) hosts conference foe Avon on Friday. The varsity contest begins at 6:00, with JV games to follow.
