Please download the physical and bring a completed copy to physical night. www.ihsaa.org Are you interested in being a student athlete during the 2024-25 school year? Please follow these steps to becoming a student athlete at Fishers High School.  1. Please complete your registration at:  https://hamiltonsoutheastern-in.finalforms.com/  Parents are required to begin the student registration process, followed by the student. Incoming freshmen and new FHS students will be prompted to create a new account. 2. All student athletes must have an IHSAA Physical completed after April 1, 2024 to be eligible for athletics in 2024-25. 3. IHSAA Physical forms should be uploaded to your athlete's Final Forms account or turned in to the FHS Athletic Office.  4. Transfer Students: If you have attended another high school prior to your move and enrollment at Fishers HS, you must complete an IHSAA Athletic Transfer with the FHS Athletic Office prior to any athletic participation.
