The Fishers Tigers JV1 Red (3–3, 2–3 HCC) fell to the Noblesville Millers, 12–2, in game two of their conference series on Thursday. Noblesville used a pair of big innings to build the margin, but Fishers showed competitiveness throughout the matchup. The Tigers got on the board in the bottom of the second inning. After Isaac Fernandez reached base on an error, Drake Carnahan delivered an RBI single to tie the game. Fishers struck again in the fourth when Fernandez doubled and later scored on an RBI groundout by Aaron Einsfeld. Despite those opportunities, the Tigers struggled to generate consistent baserunners outside of the second and fourth innings, allowing the Millers to pull away. On the mound, Luke Benefiel got the start for Fishers, working two innings and surrendering one earned run while striking out three. Preston Tidwell took the loss in relief. Thomas Downey Underwood provided steady work out of the bullpen, throwing 2.1 innings, allowing just one earned run, and recording two strikeouts.
