First Odessa Christian Academy

Dance is a Fine Arts activity in TAPPS. We currently have 4 girls in dance who will perform in the upcoming Talent Show doing 2 duets and a solo. The idea for the Dance team came from Ella Head. She has Dacey-Jo, Sydney Arnett and her sister Allison on their current team. They have practiced this semester during their Athletics period with a couple of special practices with Bree Dunn. We have 3 hopes going forward: - to expand the team adding students from grades 5 - 11 in 2024 - 2025 - host a competition for them in the fall and enter into some events in the area - find a sponsor/coach who would do the TAPPS TEaMs certification In the meantime, they will continue to practice preparing to perform in the Talent Contest. They are amazing to watch their discipline and passion during the Athletics period.
