The Lady Mustangs played against a very tough conference opponent in the Seeger Patriots. The Mustangs forced 18 turnovers and pulled in a total of 29 rebounds. The Mustangs were able to get to the free throw line numerous times tonight, but could not get the job done. Despite the effort of the Mustang defense, Seeger was able to clinch the win with a 33-26 lead. Several Mustangs contributed to the efforts. Leading the way for the Mustangs was Bella Bacon with 14 points and 6 rebounds. Kendyl Nolan added 5 points, 5 rebounds. Henley Good ended the evening with 3 points and 6 rebounds. Cadence White added another 2 points. Citrus Wesley pulled in 7 rebounds and knocked down a free throw. Aubrey Ashwill rounds out the scoring hitting a free throw and pulling in 4 rebounds. The Mustangs travel to North Vermillion on Thursday. Junior Varsity will play 2 quarters starting at 6:30 and the Varsity game will follow.
