THIS WEEK IN MUSTANG SPORTS (NOV 24-29) • Mustang girls’ swimming and diving started their season with a 1st place finish in a 4-way meet at Attica (FC/Attica/NV/Cov). They will travel to North Montgomery on Tuesday. On Thursday at Western Boone, several swimmers had personal bests, but illnesses, injuries, and numbers in general kept the Mustangs from pulling out the win. • Girls’ basketball picked up a win against Crawfordsville to improve to 6-1 on the season. • Girls’ wrestling won at Crawfordsville on Tuesday. • Boys’ and girls’ wrestling both have tournaments Saturday. The boys open their season at the Mike Atwood Invitational at Delphi, while the girls travel to Clinton Prairie. • Tuesday, Nov 25 is the annual Thanksgiving Extravaganza with North Montgomery. Girls & Boys wrestling (ELEM gym – 5:30pm start) and Boys and Girls basketball (MAIN/AUX gyms – 6pm start) will all be at FC. Because of pool construction, swimming & diving will take place at North Montgomery. • Congratulations to Mrs. Baldwin and the drama club for putting on 3 great shows this weekend. The kids worked really hard to prepare, and Mrs. Baldwin’s incessant enthusiasm is appreciated. • FCMustangs.com has a new look.
