Good evening! Attached you will find 3 documents regarding Fall sports at FCJH. If you attended your school's orientation last week and stopped by the athletics table, you likely already have these. Attachment 1) - You will find our 2022 Fall Sports offerings, the head coaches for each sport, and the first tryouts/practice dates. If you have questions about the specific sport, please reach out to the head coach listed on the document. Attachment 2) - A FinalForms document that outlines the way for parents/guardians to create accounts and create accounts for their student-athletes. FinalForms accounts MUST be created and physicals MUST be submitted prior to your student attending tryouts/practices. We strongly encourage and prefer that physicals be uploaded digitally to FinalForms by parents/guardians.
