(B&G Cross Country, Football, Girls Golf, Boys Tennis, B&G Soccer, Girls Volleyball) In order to be eligible to participate in any sport, you must have a FinalForms account and a valid physical dated after 4/1/25 to tryout/participate/be on any sports related team. A physical and all forms (parent and student) must be filled out to be eligible. A FinalForms document is attached if you need help setting up an account for your athlete. **Franklin Township no longer accepts paper copies of physicals.
