Track & Field- 3/10 Baseball- 3/10-3/12 Softball- 3/10-3/12 Boys Golf- 3/31-4/2 Girls Tennis- 3/31-4/2 Boys Volleyball- 3/31-4/2 Be sure to check off the 3 requirements you need to participate in a sport at the school. 1. A FinalForms account with both parent and students forms completed. (Attached is directions to help) 2. A IHSAA sports physical attached to your FinalForms account. 3. Be in good academic standing with no more than 1 F on Q3 grades. If you show up on day 1 of your sport and these are not complete, your child will not be able to participate. Questions?
