Friendly reminder that anyone wanting to tryout/participate on a sports team at FCJH, you must have a FinalForms account and a valid physical dated on or after 4/1/24 to be eligible. You must have all forms and physical completed before 12/16/24. **Franklin Township no longer accepts paper copies of physicals. They must be uploaded into your FinalForms account** In order to be academic eligible, you must have not received 2 or more F's on the this school years 1st quarter grades. Go Flashes!!
