Flashes, We hope everyone has an amazing summer. We wanted to get out Fall Sports Info before we head into summer. Please see all dates and requirements for signing up. Flyers with dates are attached. Specific information by sport will sent out through FinalForms prior to starting. **June 1st- This is when FinalForms will roll over for next school year. For example, current 7th graders will populate as 8th graders. It's important you go into your account after June 1st and resign all forms and register for the sports you want to receive info for** Reminder: You must have these 3 items checked off to be eligible to tryout for a sport at FCJH. A valid sports physical on your FinalForms account. It has to be dated on or after 4/1/26 to be good for next school year. All parent forms must be signed and submitted. All student forms must be signed and submitted. (If your account says not cleared by administrator, that is okay. This is due to transportation fees and grade checks not being marked off. These are not done until rosters have been made. Please do not pay for the transportation fee until advised to from a FCJH representative or coach. Parent forms, student forms, and physical is all you need to do right now) (You must select the sports you want to tryout for to populate on the roster for tryouts in FinalForms) Reminder: After June 1st!
