The Lady Musketeers got moved to the Floyd Central sectional which features the powerhouse track programs of Floyd Central, New Albany and MSC champ Corydon Central. The night kicked off with 90 plus minute lightning delay where the teams were relegated to their buses after a few field events and prelim races. Then it was a mad dash to get through the events before the next line of storms potentially came. Junior Abigail Fowler advanced the regional in the 100m (3rd place), 200m (3rd place) and new school record, and Long Jump (second place). Sophomore Katie Hauner advanced to the regional with 3rd place finish in the 1600m run. The regional will be in Evansville. Scoring for the Lady Musketeers who placed 4th, but were essentially overwhelmed by the depth of Champion Floyd Central, runner up Corydon Central and 3rd place New Albany. The meet featured some extremely talented track athletes, especially in the spring races, as six meet records fell with New Albany's Jada Harper involved in 3 meet records in both hurdles and the 4x100 while her teammate Ayanna Starks broke two and Floyd Central sophomore Adeline Shultz was involved in two meet records herself.
