The Duchesne Hockey team scored a big victory over the reigning Founders Cup Champions, Holt High School. The final score was 4-2 with three of those goals coming from Junior Owen Kelsey who is taking over where he left off last year as the points leader for the team. Kelsey got another point when he assisted Sophomore Jansen Smith who got his second goal of the season in the contest. Freshman Goalie Peter Durso got it done between the pipes, allowing only two goals on 30 shots. This was Durso's first start in a regular season game. The next action for Hockey comes on Halloween Night when Duchesne takes on Fort Zumwalt West at Maryville University Hockey Center at 9:20pm. Duchesne is early in the season and holds a 1-1 record with 18 games remaining in their regular season.
