DeMotte Christian Knights

Defense led the way for the Knights as DeMotte Christian battles to a 0-0 draw with Kouts. The Fillies put consistent pressure on the Knights defense in the first half as the Knights couldn't maintain possession. But the Knights defense was up to the challenge and stopped each attack. In the second half, the Knights brought energy and urgency back to the field. They effectively built and maintained possession and created opportunities. Although the Knights carried the momentum in the second half, but couldn't find the net and the game ended in a 0-0 draw. The Knights look to get back in the win column against fellow Jasper County foe, Rensselaer, on Tuesday night under the lights.
