DeKalb Middle School vs Blackhawk Christian Jr-Sr HS (2 - 5) Loss The Dekalb middle school lady barons soccer team were defeated by Blackhawk Christian lady Braves in a 2-5 loss. Cami Abel scored off of a deflected keeper save, after a solid shot on goal from Kyla Kjendalen who received a well played long ball from the center back defender Delia King. Kyla Kjendalen scored with an assist from Lily Rhodes who distributed a beautiful pass in front of the goal from the left flank after receiving a well placed through ball from Cami Abel. Elena Norrick had numerous saves and was under attack by a strong brave offense most of the match. The lady baron defense held the strong brave offense to only 5 goals. The lady barons play away tonight against the play Harding lady hawks at 6:30p.
