7th Grade vs New Haven Middle School (35 - 8) Win The Lady Barons used a balanced scoring attack and swarming defense to move to 8 and 2 on the season with a 35 – 8 victory at New Haven. Cami Abel, Raine Freed and Riley Hartsough scored 8 points each while Lucy VanOrt scored 6 points and Alexis Rider scored 5 points including a 3 pointer. Cami Abel dished out 4 dimes to lead the team in assists while Riley Hartsough led the defensive effort with 9 steals and Lucy VanOrt controlled the boards with 8 rebounds. Lucy Hile contributed a rebound and a steal in the victory.
