6th Grade (A Team) vs Crestview Middle School (35 - 25) Win 6th Grade (B Team) vs Crestview Middle School (19 - 7) Win The Baron 6th grade boys basketball team was in action again last night as they traveled down to Huntington to take on Crestview. The DeKalb A team came out with a victory by a score of 35-25. This pushes the season record to 6 wins and 2 losses. The Barons got 10 points from Landry Schache; 8 from Lucas Sarll; 6 from Keller Haiflich; Zach Anderson had 4; Drew Jennings had 4 points and Maddox Schache rounded out the scoring with 2. DeKalb returns home on Thursday when they take on Eastside at 5pm. The Baron B team was also victorious last night by a score of 19-7. This pushes their record to 5 wins and 2 losses. Colton Brandon led DeKalb with 6 points and Micah LaRue chipped in 5. Noah Chapman had 4 and Cohan Turley and Kain Williford rounded out the scoring with 2 points apiece. Great job by this improving team.
