8th Grade vs Leo Jr-Sr High School (1 - 2) Loss The 8th grade Baron volleyball team finished up regular season play by fallingto Leo last night in a tough match losing 2 sets to 1. The Barons came out and took set 1 25-22 and then fell 21-25 and 12-15 in the next 2 sets. Kyla Kjendalen led the team with 9 service points, 1 ace, 3 kills, 2 digs, and 1 assist. Ellington Sparkman followed with 7 service points, 2 aces, 1 kill, and 8 assists. Evie Weber tallied 5 service points 3 aces, 1 kill, 4 digs and 1 assist. Allied Freudenberger contributed 4 service points with 2 aces, and 1 kill. Avalynn Schache had 3 service points with 1 ace, 3 kills, 1 dig and 3 assists. Mollee Sonnenberg rounded out the serving with 2 service points, 1 ace, 1 kill, and 2 digs. Brooke Culler led the back row play with 6 digs. Sylvia followed with 4 digs and Addy Brand had 2. The Lady Barons will begin conference tournament play on Monday when they get a rematch with Leo. Go Barons!
