8th Grade vs East Noble Middle School (Kendallville) Win The 8th grade Baron volleyball team dominated East Noble Monday evening defeating them in 2 sets 25-12; 25-15. Allie Freudenberger led the way with 8 service points, 5 aces, 4 kills and 1 block. Evie Weber followed suit scoring 5 service points, with 3 aces, and 2 kills. Ellington Sparkman contributed 4 service points with 1 ace, 1 kill and 4 assists. Avalynn Schache also had 4 service points along with 2 aces and 5 assists. Kyla Kjendalen tallied 4 service points with 1 kill. Mollee Sonnenberg contributed 1 service point, 1 kill, and 3 digs. Violet Scott and Brooke Culler played strong defense with 2 digs each. Addy Brand had 2 kills with string net play. The Barons travel to Indian Springs on Wednesday for another conference match.
