Connersville

On Friday, May 1st, the Connersville boys Track and Field team participated in Northeastern's Knight Invitational. They came away with a solid 5th place out of 12 teams and over 350 athletes with 42 points scored. Top finishers for the Spartans were Layne Shook, 4th in the 800, Hunter Bales, 6th in the 3200, Andrew Miracle, 8th in the 110 hurdles and 7th in high jump, Bronson Lykins, 5th in the 300 hurdles, Zeke Caylor, 1st in shot put, Noah Roosa, 6th in discus, the 4x400m relay team of Eric Evans, Michael Mason, Layne Shook, and Kingston O'Toole placed 3rd, and the 4x800m relay team of Arthur Struewing, Axle Pflum, Shook, and Bales placed 4th. The team is next in action on Tuesday, May 5th at Hagerstown.
